APOLLO

Apollo takes place around a space shuttle that is being refueled and soon ready for launch.
A fast and compact wee-bow instagib map with many nice details all around.

DEPOT

Depot takes place as you guessed at a depot where different types of containers are stacked on top of each other. However, there is a secret under the depot, there are traces of an old mine, where something has been found that is not gold. What started as a Duel map evolved into a TDM map.

ENCLOSURE

Enclosure is a large Arena map that is not like a traditional one. Each room is designed as a duel map with lots of details around that tell a story.

ENGAGE

At Mass Cars in Germany, a new model will soon set a new standard for all cars in the world. Corrupt staff have already tried to leak information. As a last resort, the other manufacturers have contacted "experts" who will try to destroy the factory and get their hands on the new model that goes by the name Engage!

Engage was part of Operation "Broken Fang" which Valve released in 2020.

Engage is an old map I had created for CS 1.6 several years ago, but in collaboration with two other level designers, we created it for CS:GO with a completely new theme and design.

FORBIDDEN CITY

Forbidden City is a time trials map with an inspiring "Indiana Jones" theme. The player starts in an ancient overgrown temple that has several harmless and fun traps. When the player picks up the old Japanese Kabuto helmet, two hidden doors open that allow the player to run through the map.
I always want to create an experience with a unique design, details and theme around a map.

HALLOWED

I did all the Art and Environment design for this map. I wanted to create a theme that connected all the rooms in a unique way, a city located in the middle of the desert among pyramids and dunes. The theme also spreads around the map for a wonderful visual experience which is something I always try to do.

IRIS

A bomb defusal map set in a small mid-century town that once thrived from its auto-industry.
Now anarchists are threatening to blow up the whole town.


Iris was a collaboration with another level designer named Oliver.
We wanted to create a CS:GO map that reminds you of the 50's with shops like ice cream bar, diner, auto service and barber. But also have the classic cars and architecture reminiscent of an old town in the US.

MALKA'S TOMB

A large temple that also contains a tomb where Queen Malka is buried is the only thing visible above the dense fog. A fun and small wee-bow instagib map with many jump pads and nice details.

MIRAGE

My biggest success as a level designer is without a doubt my map Mirage for Counter-Strike, Mirage is the most played CS:GO map of all time. Valve bought the rights to Mirage in February 2013.

There is a lot of history behind Mirage, many who are curious and ask questions, which of course I am happy to answer even if it has been so many years. Mirage is an extremely big success and something I am extremely proud of. The video below describes and summarizes me well when I was a young man with a big dream and how Mirage was created.

MISTY BAY

Misty Bay has a theme that can make anyone feel like Jack Sparrow for a while, I've even added a little Easter egg to honor him. The map itself is an arena map with three unique rooms where all resemble an outpost out at sea. There are many fun details around the map that create a story.

PERILOUS

When I started working with Perilous, the layout was already done, my task was to create a story and set a theme for it. I decided that the map would look like an old factory that releases toxic waste into fresh water.

SKYLINE

A time trials map in "cyberpunk" clothes. Skyline is a map that takes place in a big city under the moonlight where the light from cars and buildings shows the way. The player starts in a tunnel and gets higher and higher up with the help of vehicles, buildings, signs and cranes. On the roof of a skyscraper is the finish line.

SWAMP

A bomb defusal map set in a swamp where the wood industry once glowed with enthusiasm and joy but then was forgotten by man. The sound of machines and humans silenced just as quickly as the water rose, the greenery grew and the animals took over. However, passing boats have recently heard the sound of man again and large shipments of goods appear to be coming to the old sawmill.
Housing near the swamp has been in contact with the police... what looked like a routine mission became a struggle to survive, they were not equipped and ready for a fight against terrorists and the forces of nature.

Swamp was a collaboration with another level designer named Morozov.
Swamp was part of the update "Swamp Thing" which came out 2020.07.23.

TERMINAL

Large container vessels come here to have their cargo unloaded.
Terminal is an open and relatively large wee-bow instagib map with many lovely details that together enhance the theme. A fun wee-bow instagib map with many jump pads and great details.

THRILL

Terrorists have invaded the Wundergarten amusement park and are determined to take the thrill up a notch.

Thrill was created in collaboration with two other level designers where all three of us had different tasks.
Thrill was part of Operation "Hydra" which Valve released in 2017.

TREEHOUSE

Far up among the treetops are several houses that are a bit reminiscent of one's childhood but on a much larger scale. There are restaurants, bars, slides, jump pads and suspension bridges. Treehouse has a unique theme and design that fits a wee-bow instagib map. A much appreciated map among players.

I got the idea for this map when I was playing with Lego with my daughter.
